Somebody needs to come up with .68 cal cylinders and a cocker threaded front end for this thing. If it can manage .50 @ 375 FPS it might actually be usable with .68 unlike a 3357.

How many shot do you get out of each 12g CO2?

Also, does anyone have used (or know where to get) the shaped .50cal round that were shown in the early demo video? those look like a good alternative to FSR on a .68cal pistol.

I never played with .50cal, whats the rage?

Suprisingly accurate! You get about 50ish shots from a 12g, so at least 6-7 cylinders.

Range is decent, but you start getting a fair bit of deviation past about 20m (although that could be the paint). I was using the F-stamp, low velocity variant so the hi-power one might differ.

Can you shoot pictures when (if) you open yours? Can we compare 11J variant with 7J (F-stamp) ?

I'm getting 18 shots from mine (11J) at 5*C weather-330-370fps

I'm going to mod mine to run HPA by drilling the puncture plug and tapping it to 1/8" thread. Have 12g changers lying around so I can attach one inder the barrel If I need to swithc back to CO2.

Did not know there were hi/low velocity versions. What is the initial fps on the low velocity versions?

You're still looking at around the 350ish mark, but due to it being .50cal sites are a lot more relaxed about it here due to the lower overall muzzle energy (which comes under 7.5 joules, so is still deemed safe here in the UK) - it all comes initially from German firearms law where anything that fires over 7.5 joules (even a paintball) is deemed a firearm - so for a .68 that's about 220fps. Therefore they make these special F-Stamp variants in Europe to get around these laws, and with Umarex being a German company they kind of had to make both! Our firearms laws here in the UK aren't as strict, especially as far as paintball is concerned - but the high-power variants still come over what we would consider "site-safe" in terms of FPS.

I'll try get some pics of the internals for you guys when I can (and dare to open it :P).

I'm confused looking at the internals. Is this a true blowforward or a double action mechanism of some sort? How far does the bolt travel when it cycles?

Check out my FB post above. I opened mine with barrel facing right. Did this twice without exploding all the bits and parts.
Be careful with the main spring tho
