This is what I came up with on my custom bolt. But like I stated I had to change the internal bolt stop oring to a 015 to get it to work but man oh man is it super nice.

Unless you got yours within the past 3 weeks or so I don't think you're talking about the same bolt. These are the ones Yoda actually designed and made, not the ones they originally sourced from elsewhere and included with the kits.

It's the one I designed and had made, it just didn't have the spring setup with it (I'm still tweaking that aspect). That is the aspect that should make it more efficient, not just the regular bolt (though we were hoping that it would hold its own without the spring, but fell a touch short on it).

They didn't come out completely as intended either. We were promised delivery April 18th, and told several times that the project was on time. On April 18th, I got an email from the machinist asking to change things because he couldn't make the bolt core as designed - claimed the stalk was too thin for how long the piece was (which makes it difficult, but not impossible, just look at the skeleton bolt). So to get them done, I split the bolt core into two pieces that thread together, and increased the size of the stalk between the bolt tail and the core itself. Looks like the increase in size restricted flow more than I anticipated, part of the reason for the lower velocity compared to an L6. At least when testing in an enmey. It also has lower forward force than a bolt that uses the stock bolt stop arrangement, so the flow restriction in the system that makes it gentle on paint also makes ours slower going forward. There is minimal difference in speed when used in a regular mech Ion with a QEV. They work fine either way, but not well enough for us to want to call them an upgrade, which is why we are trying to keep them with the kits and not its own product.

We haven't started another run yet, I have another design I'm working on that is completely different aside from the ability to use springs to trap chamber pressure. And we will NOT be using that machinist again after the fiasco with the last batch (which was quite small, thankfully).

And Vitalsilence - try putting a very small chamfer on the bolt right where you turned the grooved portion down - your bolt stop o-ring will last a lot longer with a chamfer there to not snag.

Lol I did it the other day works a lot better now with a smooth edge I m gonna try again and drill it down the center almost to the tip plug the hole and back drill In to the thick part of the stalk to allow more volume in the fire chamber. That way the entire bolt stalk becomes Part of the volume of the firing chamber an in essence making it more effecient. i think. That make sense to you?

Don't bother, adding that minimal amount of volume will get you nowhere compared to the potential of destroying the bolt.

That s actually what I wondered weather or not it would make that much difference.

Completely eliminating the stalk - which would obviously not work - would only gain you ~.12 cubic inches of volume. You start with ~1.3 cubic inches. You would see, realistically, only a 2-5% gain in volume, which does not correlate to efficiency at all.
