We need to make the VM great again.
I still have my first VM and several more but finding fingers and o rings is an issue as is using CO2, which none of my local fields provide any more. What pressure from air is required and what part sources are there?

Only part sources I know of are Bacci and Palmers..otherwise VM parts are getting hard to get.....which is why I'm trying to work around it,hence the hammer mod I just did to mine. As for the other orings I get regular off the shelf orings from the hardware store's plumbing section. The ball feed fingers I actually make my own from rubber door sweeps you can buy at any hardware store, isn't pretty but you can make a bunch of them out of one door sweep. AFAIK the pressure required is 800psi which is standard unregulated co2 pressure but I could be wrong. I've had some luck recently running my VM on 12g cartridges but of course I only get about 15 shots if I'm lucky.

Just joined the facebook group, seeing this come up has motivated me to dig through my PM's and see if I can buy back the VM-EXC that I sold back in 2010. If that longshot doesn't seem like it will work out I'll see about putting together a VM for myself from the WTB section.

Nice job on the hammer/o-ring mod

Added you man...nice to see the VM Empire coming back again, hoping to get the founder of the VME out of hiding. Paging EvilEd where are you man!

If you can't get your VM back,I have one I'm selling,it's a bit rough but works.

Thanks, only took about 10 minutes to mod it

Thanks, I'll give the guy that I think I sold it to a day or two to respond and let you know.

I just found a pic of it from back in 2008.

How hard can it be to find someone these days?
His facebook page hasnt been updated in a while, but thats not uncommon.

I was just thinking- His big hobby before paintball was making comics using still photographs of action figures. Maybe he is off somewhere doing that.

Chris Maders site is still up:
vm68.com

VMEmpire is still stable at archive.org

My old site, nearly 20 years old, still on archive

PTP still shows VM68 parts, not sure if they are accurate

Yeah,Chris is still around but not so much these days...last I talked to him was when I sold the Space Gun to him. As for EvilEd I haven't seen any sign of him at all.I know Mike Goodman of PNL said his nephew comes by sometimes but that's it.

Noticed a VM for $30 shipped with SP barrel in the BST forum.

Not working, but I think it just needs a valve screw. A steal for someone
