Would be trivial to 3d print in nylon, which could easily take the abuse as a detent. Looks good!
Edit: Just looked at the stock VM detent. Is there an issue with design, or availability? Nobody tried to print those from TPU yet? I've had great success printing detents for multiple markers, (mags, spyders, cockers) these look even easier. If someone wants to send me a sample, I'll do up a few batches.

There is a larger issue though, and that is that the design is very simple and easily replicated. I don't have the time, energy, and money to go chasing people around over it. So, like most every other innovative project that I've had a hand in, I leave it open. Also, if someone is inspired to create an improvement, more power to them.

This looks awesome! I just purchased a lot of 10 VM's to add to my renewed VM addiction. How would one go about getting about 15 of these?
