Need a Cocker ID'd
So, usually I can figure out the cockers I buy, but this one has me stumped. The guy I bought it from claimed it's a Bob Long cocker. My local guru said that its rail resembled what Bob would do, but didn't have any word beyond that.
Sorry for the poor quality pictures - I did them with a phone.
I've spent a couple hours drifting through tons of cocker pics and found nothing thus far. The frame is a Dye with a KAPP slide trigger. The beavertail is also a KAPP.
Thanks in advance for the help! ;)
Here's my best guess at what it is:

Hope this helps, I"m sure someone else will chime in.
@ Sunfisher - reading through the article, the milling style is called prism or is it that particular anno/milling combination on that gun? EDIT: Reading the article again makes a huge difference. The milling is called Prism according to the article.
@ Ashton - Thanks! :D
Just to confirm, yes it's one of the WGP body kits.
Does anyone know how many of these kits were made? I'm not seeing a clear answer on the web. :P
Quite a few I believe. I don't think as many got built as it was just a cosmetic "upgrade" or for scratch builds. No real advantage to those bodies. Hell I think there still might be for sale out at Exotic Sportz
i've only seen a few of the Prism bodies, maybe a half dozen or so. but they were part of the body kits that WGP was selling starting at Am open 98. They are not really in demand, just unique. Definitely the least common body kit of what was offered at the time.
Most I have seen were the colors your showing, there were also some blue / chrome ones.
