Carbon fiber brake rotors (motorcycle)
Hey, guys... Check these out!
I've got a whole box of them... Let me tell you about the things you'll find at a garage sale... in Sturgis. These were part of a lot when a drag racing team liquidated their operation.
These retail for just under $1100 per rotor, new. The kicker being that if you want a set, you'll pay the 1100, and then wait a year for the backorder to be filled. My research indicates that these sell for close to the new price, regardless of condition.
(These are all totally unused rotors, btw.)
That said, I don't have all the hardware. A center hub would have to be made to match the offset on your bike by a machinist. (That can be done locally without much issue. Expect an extra 1-200 bucks.)
I'm looking for 400/rotor. I'll post available diameters upon request.
Additionally, I have two hubs, and one complete assembly. I'm pretty sure that these are for a Hyabusa. Note that the 'busa offset, inner diameter, and bolt hole pattern is VERY close to the Ducati revoluzione generation bikes and it may not be much issue to bolt them up.
I'll sell the hubs for 250 each. The complete rotor for 700.
I'm always open to offers. But these will go quickly, I just sold 2 yesterday.
