You have just the 2 types left right now? I’m interested in a 5 pack of bears this time around and wanted to get a good blend of what you have.

Also, what’s the best way to store these so they last? I’m planning on giving a couple as gifts this Christmas.

I have the 2 types available now. It will be the center and right of the below picture.

The best way to store them is to put them in a cabinet. Honey will last forever and doesn't spoil. It will crystalize though. The goldenrod honey will crystalize quicker than the lighter honey. If it is stored in a cooler area it will crystalize quicker. The bottles I store in my basement will generally crystalize in 3-6 months. The bottle I have at work took almost a year to crystalize.

If your honey does crystalize the best way to liquefy it is to put the bottles in a pot and fill the pot to just under the cap level with the hottest water from your kitchen faucet. It may take a change or 2 of water but it will liquefy.

Since GanonsGrin posted about gifts I figured I should offer these as well. I sell them at craft fairs and people love them.

They are glass hexagon jars with a piece of beekeeping related fabric tied on. I can do them with or without a label.

I have 3 sizes available.
3 oz are $3 each
5-6 oz are $5
12 oz are $10

I still have both varieties of honey in both 12oz and 1 pound bottles.

I also have a 3 pound bottle if anyone is looking for a big bottle. It would be perfect for someone looking to make a gallon of mead. I will sell it for $25 or $30 with a 12oz bear included, plus shipping.

I also have some 12 oz glass hex jars of creamed honey. They are $10 plus shipping

Creamed honey is a smooth crystallized honey. It is great on toast or bread. It has a peanut butter type consistency and is spreadable like peanut butter. It doesn’t feel gritty in your mouth, it is nice and smooth.

I have these half pint jars that have a chunk of comb floating in the honey.

I don’t do traditional comb honey squares as it is a lot of work for me as well as the bees.
