Machining a barrel like this takes enough time/energy that I'm curious to know who is doing it and what it's about for market activity purposes. Regardless if it's quality or trash.

Who knows, it could be reasonably good. Who does it matters more than where they do it ---- the great preponderance of mass produced PB merch is overseas after all.

You'd be amazed at how many fly by night barrel companies existed or still exist. Generally drop shipped direct from overseas...
