Going to kick off this year with bringing in people from the cold blue into the warm and fuzzy green. So that means if you are not a member, I'm going to be giving away a free membership! Yes, you read that right, you are going to get bumped from obscurity into being one of the cool kids!

So this is open to any MCB member that is blue. Just post in here saying you would like to participate and why you want to be green. Later, I will choose one of my annual methods of giving away the price using a overly complicated and time consuming activity with my kids, as they've already been asking about it.

TLDR: Want to be green? Tell me why and I'll include you in a overly complicated but fun giveaway.

I want to be Green because this forum has completely revived my interest in paintball. Learning to tinker and read about guns came out way before I ever started playing keeps the fire going. Even when life gets busy and I don’t have time to play every weekend coming on here keeps me in the game. The amount of knowledge kept on this forum is extremely valuable to me because I am one of the few at my local field that has any interest in “classic paintball”. Because of this forum I am able to spread the fun of old guns and old school knowledge. Being green would show that I appreciate what this community has given me.

I think he uses it intentionally, because it's what he is used to. On a phone, I simply refuse to visit forums unless i'm forced to. Maybe they're optimized better now, i'm not sure.

martix_agent - funny because I do that vast majority of MCBing on a phone, including posting threads with pictures and rarely use a computer to access the forum. Other than accidentally hitting back on a post with photos I don't have any issues.

I'd like to see what this Green business is all about! I've been playing since the 90s although am just getting back into it after about 10 years of the guns idling on the shelf. I used to be in the business of making gun upgrades so I'm a tinkerer at heart and find that this is a great community for me! I think this site was just getting started about the time that I disappeared. I'm really enjoying getting back into it and look forward to good times.

I've been meaning to "go green" for a bit now. As an older returning player (mid-90s to very early 00s) who never got rid of his gear, this place has been extremely valuable to me as I dust off my museum pieces and try to play with them again. That and well...MCB is probably the healthiest and most stable internet community I've ever had the good fortune to stumble onto. I'd love to do my part to help support it and make sure it stays keeping the history and lore of paintball (and the finer points of vintage paintslingers) alive.

Alrighty, I have consulted my Walzmas elves and they have decided it will be our traditional Lego figure shooting gallery. Each entrant will be assigned a Lego figure (or two).

So each player will be assigned a random Lego figure, figure will be set up on boxes and my kids will target shoot the figures using Nerf blasters. Last Lego figure standing wins.
