okay just order this item and got it today. its 8quart one. need tips or things i can do with this ninja foodie. new to it. so want to make sure i do not do anything wrong. also do i need to oil the french fries or onion riggs or other item in crisper. also like to know if can steam rice and salmon at same time. or if any have reprice i can cook in it that not spicy. since can not eat spicy food.

Definitely can cook rice and salmon at the same time. I find making a papillote the most enjoyable for combo cooking.

There are a ton of recipes for the Instant Pot out there, which is the same basic thing, minus the air fryer. I have a small Instant Pot (3qt I think?) and honestly I've found it is frequently easier to just cook normally, rather than deal with it. The air fryer would be pretty cool though.
