To your credit, you corner that market with aplomb.

Oh don't worry, it's only a giveaway to nerds like me

"Psychoballistics" was already mentioned, so that is unsurprising.

Didn't realize the black trigger plate was a giveaway. Cool.

Benchmark had a few variations on their frames over the production span, to include having their name on it or not. That one has the same profiles and features as my pre-'98 frame.

Should be standard grip panel screw size. 6-40?

Autococker Parts sells a frame that's virtually identical, save for the transitions from the body of the frame to the profile on the trigger guard. I wonder if both are Benchmarks. I don't know if their's has the set screws.

  • Autococker Slider Frame Identification + Grip Screw Size Question

I have a slider frame that I would like to identify and get grip screws for. I looked through a great thread on customcockers and believe the frame is a Benchmark, but the nuances between frames from that era are so slight that I am not certain. If anyone can chime in and confirm or deny that it is a benchmark, I'd greatly appreciate it. Also, are the grip threads (that hold the grips to the frame) 8/32"? I tried a variety of screws to no avail.
