    Titanium Barrels and XL Insert

I had these on hold for a couple members that never bit the bullet back when I originally sold these a few years ago.

    Barrels: 150 shipped each
    Autococker threaded
    12.5 inches long
    .680 bore

Insert: Not sure... give me an offer or buy both barrels and I'll throw it in
    Freak XL compatible
    .681 bore
fits pretty tight in some barrels

They equate to 2.25 slices of typical white bread a piece

They do shoot sparks! Mine does at least. They shoot well, but holy shit they are loud. They're almost TOO light for me, which is a rarity.

Can these be sent back for porting?

Negatory, ghost rider. Titanium isn’t worth trying to drill holes into. However, I’m considering making a run of phantom threaded barrels and would have some ported aluminum tips that I would offer to those with barrels from the original run.

The titanium phantom barrel you mentioned above.

Would it be freak bored? Or fixed bore and go with the ASP detents?

No freak bore on these bad boys since they are .005” thicker than a freak insert.
I can make freak inserts but there’s been a lot less interest for those as opposed to a 12.5” long bore that get’s the “knuckleball effect” that I mention in this video Dan Bacci made about a WALZ build that used seamless stainless tube that wasn’t honed.

I also think every phantom would benefit from ASP detents regardless of barrel choice since it is a bore drop. You never know when you’re going to have .675 paint

Bigtuana woah woah, you can’t just throw this out there:

you make that phantom run and I am good for two of them.

Oh, I can’t throw it out there like that? How about I set it down gently: “mayhap, by the power of WALZ almighty, there will be an unquantifiable possibility that there will be petite production of paintball barrels of a particular alloy, thread, and bore size that will please the likes of those that meander MCB in possession of a phantom or five in addition to those with ample investment into a previously purchased titanium paintball acceleration tube that prefer porting.”
