Look up the pico loader, I think that was a shell kit that took halo or similar guts.

But the function of a revy and force fed loaders are significantly different. To make a revy force fed you would need a squishy paddle and it needs to be able to exert pressure on a line of balls heading down the feed neck.

With 5 minutes of thinking about this before work, I think it’s doable. But I also think the results will be lackluster, time prohibitive because of printing times and design iterations. Especially when you could use an already proven force fed design like the halo or various other types, track down Pico Loader shells or design your own shell for it.

But if you got the time, in theory, it’s not impossible.
    My feedback

Now I get it. Thanks for clarifying. Back to my idea of using a VL-90 shape, I think it would be even uglier/weird than what I initially proposed, given the necessary size for the force fed loader bottom and the narrow body of the VL-90.

I am in the same boat and am hoping for the same thing. (Not trying to thread jack). I have been interested in a 50-100 rd hopper that would take Revvy internals for some time that was still afordable. Revvy's are cheaper/easier/simpler than a Halo that would be used for the Picco Loader(that was I believe designed by Inception Designs). There is a much greater market now for smaller agitated loaders. Not every player can afford to fill a 200 rd hopper per game yet many players are conscious enough to see the need for an electronic hopper to ensure balls are consistently loaded and are not chopped. To all the "Garage-smiths" on this thread, a 50-100 rd hopper taking Revvy internals would do quite well in any market. Proof of Concept is the 100 rd PALS loader for the Emek...the consumer is there, just make it...

PB DNA makes a 70 and 100 capacity size. I believe the link was posted a page back or so. His takes a standard Speed feed lid or you can use one of his magnetic lids. I have heard great things about the MOJO hopper. The only reason I have not purchased the powered hopper is I have his 60 round JOLO hopper and it works phenomenal for me. I have been running for about a year it feeds almost as fast as my revvy without battery’s and extra bits. Benji Makes some really nice stuff and puts a lot of R&D into his designs. If you are looking for a 70 or a 100 round powered hopper that MOJO hopper he makes will keep up with anything you would want to put a revvy on. Shells are durable and the prints are nice. If they are out of stock just message him he can print you one in any color and he can add custom logos into the prints. They are really nice hoppers. His freak incert holder is Trick AF to I really like mine. You should check out his other products to.
