Philly PA here, we dodged a lot of it but west of us had a tornado touch down and caused a lot of damage at a local hospital. Thankfully no injuries reported.

My power isn’t scheduled to be restored until Friday afternoon.

NJ got raped. we lost power yesterday, still out. 80% of my area is out with no ETA. many roads are closed due to down trees. only way off the mountain is down a dirt (mud) road and then drive through a river. Fun times.

My neighbor had a large limb fall in his driveway. He called my wife and asked if I’d come over with my chainsaw and remove it. My yard is covered in small to medium sized branches. I’ll spend my day off tomorrow picking them up.
We’ve been without power for about 3 1/2 hours so far. I’d say that at least half the town lost power. I went out and got 40 lbs of ice to fill some coolers in hopes of not losing to much food from the refrigerator. I’m hoping that by the morning the power is back. If not I’ll have to check with family and friends in town to see if they have room in their freezers. For tonight I’m leaving all the freezers closed and not opening them.

Wind was pretty bad here. Part of my neighbors tree took out the power lines

No power, small limbs and such down. The ones that were bigger were remarkably accurate on hitting the main lines on the road.

My house got beat up. 3 trees lost and a huge maple limb down into the front driveway. Power lines ripped down in front of the house and no power. The pool is full of branches and debris everywhere but nothing severe that I can’t fix. We had a tornado warning alarm come through the phones and a small micro burst did level some trees in the woods behind the house.

Tropical Storm Isaias...
Attention all decks:
Remnants of Hurricane/Tropical Storm Isis, I mean Isaiah, er Isaias, caused some higgledy-piggledy with Internet services here in Connecticut this afternoon. All good now I believe. Wind is still pretty stiff and there are power outages all over the state, but we're all good here.Tags: None
