        yellow mustard, if you are making turkey chilli try adding some butter so it tastes richer
        My mom would put black olives in Chilli, and it was delicious. She made a very lean chili

          Before anything else, toss a thin layer of cumin seeds (not ground) covering the bottom of your dry pot and toast them on low-medium heat. Once they are brown but not burnt, add your chopped onions and oil and proceed with the rest of your chili recipe. The infused toasted cumin flavor makes the chili taste so much better.
