The onion definitely stood out to me. Then the cottage cheese as an optional ingredient. Many, maybe we need a MCB Cookbook... All recipes would need to include mayo though

i was a yes man before jim carrey. it may have taken me a couple decades to learn how to say no. but yea i'm still into trying something once. that and i'm a guy that when someone says "eww this taste or smells bad" i immediately try to smell or taste whatever

The lime gelatin kills it for me. Everything else sounds like a Japanese cucumber salad minus the sesame seeds.

I have no issue eating raw onion (white, yellow or red). I would try it. Look somewhat similar to Greek salad.
