ID:	422445 Picked up this Cocker, tore it apart and replaced seals. The reg leaks from the hole at the bottom of the reg. I don’t know anything about these regs, so any suggestions would be appreciated.

    It's the reg seat/piston oring/overpressure relief.

Any suggestions on what I would be replacing to stop the leak?

I had the same issue. One trick I was told (but it did not work for me unfortunately) is to open up overpressure relief assembly that is inside the reg piston, remove the problem urethane disk , and then flip it over. Rebuild the reg piston, and hope that opposite side of the urethane disk will now seal........

The easiest to replace would be reg seat and piston oring so you can give those a try first. The overpressure relief disk in the piston tends to go at this age. Because this is on an Autococker, what you could do is either disassemble the piston and replace the disc or just plug the piston with a setscrew. DO NOT try this on an Automag or spool valve guns without another pressure relief valve because it can result in dangerous velocity if the reg seat fails.

It is a thin poly disk inside the brass housing. I have had "new" ans seal kits leak.

Be warned the kit doesn't include both the needed seals. The blue disk in the kit works on the prussure relief valve though. It looks similar to an automag disk on there website though. I've yet to try a automag disk yet though.

I also found out people claimed to use a 10 oring and number 6 together to make a new seal. I haven't tried this yet though.
