    Tiberius T4.1 valve removal

Trying to break down a Tiberius T4.1 and managed to get the rear air through assembly off, but now I can’t remove the vale which needs to be rebuilt. This is what I see. I’ve tried a bunch of Allen keys but nothing seems to fit. What am I missing?

and just to add, I’ve watch YouTube video and the use a tool with an Allen key but the size isn’t specified and I can see threading but nowhere for my Allen key to grab to twist.

The tool they use is a threaded T-Handle to remove the block he calls a bottle adjustment cap. , then he uses an allen key to remove other cap to release the engine/valve assembly. From your photo and your description of seeing threads, the bottle adjustment cap looks like it hasn't been removed and from the video that cap is held by a fair amount friction. Take a quick look at the video again from the 8:00 min mark on. I think you find that you still have the bottle adjustment cap in place. Fabbing up a T- handle shouldn't be that hard once you can determine the threaded hole size. This is what i observed from the video. If you already have the bottle adjustment cap out the other cap shouldn't be alll that hard to release the valve.

This is only my observation of the video and your description of your disassembly, hope this helps.

Thanks, seems like that’s the right idea. I tried a few bolts to see if they’d thread in but no luck. I’ll keep trying.
