Have a chance to grab a Shocker NXT for rebuilding. Never touched one. If this a doable task? Are parts still available for these? Anything to watch for?
I think you can find a good amount of stuff one ebay for the NXTs still. If you run into trouble Chad's Complete Tech Service of Facebook may be able to help
The solenoids are off the shelf units, though rated for higher than usual duty cycle, but you should be able to find replacements. But as far as I know, original noids are still going strong.
As far as I know it's just a upgraded shocker sft and slightly different. My shocker sft is still going strong and was an easy rebuild. I would say grab it if the price is good.
Iv loved the few shockers iv owned, only ting I don't like about them is if you shoot them without a mask on you get hit with a puff of air in the face out the back of the cap
