It's a Luxe. I wouldn't trust this. Picture looks like a screenshot to me. Even if it was an 09 Ego the solenoid will be bonkers expensive. -
Disregarding the fact that the seller thinks that the Luxe is an Ego, I would say it is a rather telling signal that the seller also claims that the marker needs macro line - which the Luxe doesn't.
Either this is a scam, or the seller has no clue whatsoever. Possibly both. Considering that the seller is selling "my speedball marker", implying that he/she has actually used it for playing, and not selling something found in the attic, it seems more like a scam, since I would argue that the seller should know that there has never been any macro line on that specific marker.Comment

If it really were an Ego of that vintage, I would check with Eclipse to see if anything ever came of making new parts for their legacy systems. So far as I am aware the pistons (with built in seats) for the high and low pressure regs are and have been unavailable for years. Not such an issue for the HPR, but the LPR is a serious issue.Comment

So I put the picture of the Luxe into a reverse image search and I didn't find anything. However, I do think I have seen this picture before and it may have been posted by the guy he's messaging with in the screenshot as he has posted a bunch of slightly older high end guns - especially Egos and Luxes.
I also put the conversation screenshot into a reverse image search. Again I came up with nothing but interestingly when I highlighted it I was able to see under what he tried to scribble out.
The gist is that he was asking the price on an ego, and then asked if the other guy would do a payment plan. The other guy said he obviously wouldn't send it without full payment then said he could do a partial trade.
And that's all it shows. Pretty shady IMO.
