    Strange VMs Quebec

    https://www.kijiji.ca/v-hobbies-craf...all/1685705293

One has vertical air and both appear to be vertical feed. I believe the description says something about many spare parts available? Maybe Alexndl can give us a better description?

Yeah - about 30 years ago there was a franchise that was started and it was interior 'paintball' but with reusable 0.68 rubber balls. They used converted VM-68s as rental fleets. Of course the concept never quite caught on.
"Aren't you getting too old for this??"
    "Nope."

As The Jayster mentionned, its a former rental fleet for sale, they say in the add there is 150 gun for sale. They used them with reusable rubber paintball and chronoed them at 150fps.
They say they have spare parts too.

Thanks. I wasn't quite sure what the 150s were denoting.

So, anybody speak French and have interest in picking up a few? I have 2 VMs since they were my first love and wouldn't mind a few more for more extreme mods and maybe field an all VM team šŸ˜‚

Edit: oh, haha, I didn't realize this was a Canadian sub when I posted. Concept is still the same, just.some would immigrate to the US!

The issue with VM is the weight, they cost a lot more to ship than to buy...

They are not located really close to me (1.5 hours each way). But if I have to go in that direction in the next month I could let you know.

Alexndl if you do go out and pick them up let me know. I’d be interested in a few.

I see. Having played reball before I can tell you it's not as good. Very hard to tell when you've been hit by a fired ball vs one that bounces off the ground/bunkers.

I wonder if there are any there that aren't in as terrible condition.

Yeah, I had one shipped recently and I think it was about 20 or so with a stock CO2 tank and some extra bits but I have no idea if there is a way to get it done more efficiently or how much the extra distance adds, etc... The ol' Michigan bottle scam!

Well, put me down for 4 or 5 if anybody gets it done...
