Looking for insight on BE-90 maintenance

So, I purchased a BE-90 about 2 years ago. Today I finally tried to air it up. To my delight it aired up and did not leak. I then got the idea that I might shoot some paint. Suprise #2, it shot paint fairly well. There were two minor issues needing redress. First, the trigger tends to stick. Leading to issue #2, double and triple feed. Amazingly, no breaks. And although firing 3 68 caliber balls at mid 200's is awesome, it's not predictable or helpful. So, before I screw anything up by randomly disassembling this beauty, I was looking for information and/or guidance in servicing this odd gem. It would also be nice if I could lock the mag spring back for reloading purposes. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I think they are so obscure not many people can help ya. I've only seen ads and scans of a BE 90.

I am envious. They are awesome looking guns. But there isnt a whole lot of detailed information on them.

Maybe if you do a Cuda style teardown and document the innards some smart folk can point out stuff they see?

Oh Boy! An Ailen Autopsy! You sir, maybe correct in your assessment of this matter. So, for my own ability to re assemble and everyone else's enrichment, I will endeavor to document the BE-90 disassembly. I have the IT skills of a Dung Beetle, so be patient.

I've had mine apart once..... Once.

They are very complex and fidgety inside. Lots of small intricate parts. To be honest I would not classify them as "regular use guns"

I've been developing a body kit that would work exactly like a be90 for the emek platform for a bit now....it's stalled because of production costs

When reloading, pull the Pin on the follower out, that will allow you to reload the marker without any spring tension. Here is an old breakdown thread I did back in the day:

Thanks for the link and the info. I think I'll let this sit for a while. Since it isn't technically broke, I probably should not try to fix it.
          Working...
