yea, a pps custom gun order would create some sticker shock, maybe just a little bit!

I would say yes - this one was built on a Typhoon "chassis", it has the mounting spot for a conventional gripframe. If I remember the marking methods correctly this one appears to have.685 barrels (2 rings machined into the end of the barrel).

I sense a fire sale in the near future. 😉

I agree with the idea that ROF is pretty limited, but who cares? that's not why you got it. Very cool and unique piece.

Yeah, I actually connected with him via FB messenger and he filled me in on its history. Pretty cool little gun, I'll probably mostly be using it while role playing at RKE games and as a medic in others.

For the dozen or so shots I got off before it started leaking (PPS amm-i-right?), yes, I would agree. But if I can get it around 3 bps, it's really 6bps, right? That's basically 5.5, which I've heard is popular with kids these days.

I'm planning to run it with a 50 round hopper and my 10 round tubes in an old ammo box harness and one if those 22ci 2" inch ninja tanks, if I can find one. The 26ci is a bit too short.

I do... I did a rebuild on it for Ben, just need to get a tank filled and verify function.

That's a pretty specific closeup! Do you have this gun right now?

It looks like the way the detent positions the bottom ball, the top ball sits slightly back. If both bolt faces are even with each other , the top bolt should make contact first ,and cause the top ball roll upwards a bit before chambering, I think. If the top bolt face is slightly longer, that might help even more with chambering......hmm, very neat design! And I want one now!

I think you're right that this might be chop friendly, if you lean into the trigger too much.....but if this thing could chug along at a leisurely 5 balls per second without chopping, the victim would be experiencing the hailstorm of 10 balls per second, wouldn't they!

It does have only one feedneck... both balls feed from the top down.

It certainly appears to be only one feedneck. I remember back in the day Drum showed off his over/under nasty hurricane and I'm pretty sure it had two feednecks one for each barrel. Kind of odd only having one feedneck but in theory it should work.

Even worse you can chop both barrels and have twice the mess
Working...
