Velocity super low after replacing orings

rebuilt my pgp; seals from pps; stock everything else but doesnt want to shoot properly, do i need a new spring or something? sent a video link as i cant upload videos.
any help is appreciated!

I don't recall, can you put your bolt in upside down on a PGP? Because that is the first thing I would check based on the shot.

Make sure the valve is lined up properly, assuming its a cartridge valve. There used to be a sticky on it, there still might be.

Euphie - PGPs use what's called a rimfire bolt, meaning there is no port in the bolt for air to travel through. The bolt is just there to move the ball into position, just ahead of the body port, and act as a reaction surface to help the air charge push the ball out.

TL/DR version: You can't put it in upside down.

That’s the thing, it’s lined up exactly as you’re saying it should be, as well as the bolt being in the exact position it’s supposed to be as well.

Do you have the right parts? PPS sells kits for cartridge and non-cartridge valve PGPs.

Otherwise I'm thinking maybe a bum 12 gram or the piercepin is having a tough time puncturing the 12gram seal. Maybe try cranking the velocity screw in (does it have one?).

I do not have a velocity adjuster but the pin leaves a tiny hole instead of a regular sized one. Any idea why? The palmers one I got was brand new, and the old stock one is doing the same thing, despite it being just as sharp
