What I want to know is will a sp1 frame fit on an enmey or ion and how does one get ion bodies onto enmeys do I need an ion specific breach and feedneck

I found that Enmey and Ion XE bodies (aluminum bodies, not the plastic shell) are the same externally. Internally, they're different. I was able to swap out the body shell of an Enmey for an Ion XE body shell and use all of the same frame and VASA parts (but had to Dremel out part of the Ion XE shell to fit the Enmey VASA).
I believe you could take either a standard Ion or Ion XE body+shell and stick it on a Enmey frame.
I've never owned an SP1, so I'm not sure about that, but I believe they use the same bodies as Ion XEs.
