In Search of Freak Jewels

I guess this is technically a WTB but this seems like a more appropriate place. Just looking for 1 or 2 jewels to replace some that have disappeared from barrel backs. I looked around online but couldn't find any.

Alternatively, anybody ever DIY something along these lines?

I did not have any luck with FREAK a few months back when I checked, I was looking for some too.
