Impulse - spotting upgrades & is this PE bolt rare?

I have an impulse in, looks to be someone's souped up shooter of the time --- PE bolt, front LPR, cricket board, sound activation wired in with plug integrated to grip just looking at the outside.

Couple Qs
- I'll put this to market --- should I open it up to look for any other upgrades buyers want to know about?
- I cant find another one of this bolt anywhere online, is it uncommon or is it just a 24 year old platform hah??

The NDZ valve is worth some $ if it's in there. The bolt might be an Eclipse Dart.

Both, though I wouldn’t say they are super obscure.
