eNMEy electro conversion?

Just wondering if anyone’s converter the 2nd gen eNMEy (with the bolt can & silver bolt) to an electro. Seems like the smaller/lighter bolt might make a quick cycling spoolie.

I might try it later since I have some eXTCy markers to fix up but thought I’d post the question here anyway.

Ydna (from zdspb.com) tested bolt speed with the original Ion and found that bolt speed in these guns is related to exhaust flow rate and not the mass of the bolt.

I think it'd still shoot nice, just not faster cycling than an Ion with a QEV.

Psycho91 - I took your question to mean "bolt-on ready", which it's not. You could definitely modify it to fit, just depends on how much work you are willing/able to do.

Isn’t an Ion basically an electro eNMey?

Yes, but the newer gen2 eNMEy has a bolt can more akin to a Dye Rize and has a different bolt than the older Ions that had the same bolt across generations (ion, xe, epiphany, eos, vibe, envy, eXTCy). I was just curious if the newer bolt/can shot differently as an electro.

Weights are for the bolt and o-rings only, so just the part that moves

Left: eXTCy bolt & can with a dual tail o-ring (0.8oz/24g)
Center: eNMEy Gen2 bolt and can (0.6oz/18g)
Right: Proto/Dye Rail/Rize bolt & can for reference (0.8oz/24g)
