Living where he is living doesn't make a lot of candy asses, I will say that.
The best plan for those involved in this would likely be to take it up with the law/court. I cannot see a situation with someone showing up at Brad's door as going well for anyone.

He's referring to his interaction with "Lee" McKinney(sp?) AKA Punisher''s Customs and not "Brad" from East Coast Angel...😉

Yeah we did, Officer Papke. And that definitely isn’t the reply I got from Lee. I posted the pictures of the front of his shop as well as his home address guess who took the pictures? The local deputy on duty that Officer Papke referred me to.
Y’all went to Brads house? That’s the first I heard of that. Sweet

He pulled that crap on me and I told him I had just returned from the war and was to be stationed about 11 hours from his house. I involved the IC3 (internet police) and told him he has until I land to finish my gun or by God I will come take it and every other gun he stole. After threatening him he took me seriously and I took it all the way with the Internet police and showed everyone else how to do it perhaps someone needs to do the same with this guy. He got it done and refunded me. I’m not sure how many other people followed my lead and got their stuff back from him.
I remember people threatening to come
to his house & he just was like “bring it on” but I don’t think anyone involved the police.

    Doc.

The piston, or the little rubber seat? If it’s the seat, talk to caylegeorge he stamps them out.

All my non-paintball friends still know the name Angel. I wanted one for a long while just because of the name recognition. When my income finally got to the point where I could afford one a few years ago... I came to the same conclusion you did. Keeping them running is just way to much work and money for what they are. IMO its just a dead platform.

Have people filed reports with the local constabulary on this Brad fellow? If not, get on it.

The issue with that Ego are reg piston/seat. They have been out of the 7 ones for some time. There was some snippet that Eclipse was going to convert the German site to be supplying all the old parts again, but I have yet to see that come to fruition. The last I tried over a year ago, the only Ego 8 pistons you could find were from the SL8R, and a hunt shortly after netted only used parts available. Superb markers, but without that LPR piston you are rather screwed.

I’m trying to think of any parts that are unobtainable...

    For an Angel LCD
    • Board and battery - Enoch, PPE, Virtue etc and a 9v
    • Solenoid straight from SMC
    • HPR anything is better than the mini reg
    • LPR you can rebuild it or use an AKA they still make
    • Orings from anywhere
    • Feednecks still available, nummech makes stubs
    • Ram is rebuildable although a pain
The breach pins may be the hardest thing to replace if you ever need to but they’re not hard to make.

The later generations could have some harder to find parts but I haven’t hit that snag yet.

Have 4 Angels currently - all in excellent shape and I'm pretty good on parts. Finding parts, while not "easy", has never been a huge issue. It helps that the markers stay nicely lubricated and rarely see any actual use. 😆
