Just got a pair of D3O Fox Launch knee pads. They are a soft rubber material that gets hard on impact designed for Mtn Biking crash protection. They seem super comfortable and lightweight + they offer shin protection I’m excited to give these a try.

I play with hard mountain biking shin knee pads… these look line a nicer alternative! It’s more for stuff kneel in than anything.

They seem like they are going to work nice. I think the tight fitting base layer material will help keep ticks off me as well.

Check out the D3O material they use on them it’s pretty cool material. Just got to find the most durable ones for paintball. These are rated really well in the Mtn bike industry. Curious if the add shin protection will help my pore smashed up shins and how well they will hold up long term, there are hard shell versions as well but they are much more bulky. These seem like a good balance between thickness and protection. They are much thinner than the HK pads they are replacing. Only got like 3 seasons out of them and they don’t stay put like they use to. Miss my PE distortion I got like 12 years out of them.

A little bit heavier since the body, rail, and barrel shroud are aluminum. The barrel nut (which the forearm clamps to) is milspec steel.....

Bought a few magnetic straps for my F8's. More comfortable and easier to use for sure. I'll probably buy 3 more for the rest now that I know how to get the old ones off.

Bunch of CCM bits. Keeping the stock feed and will be selling the rest. Unfortunately it's the later dark lime. And my gun is the early light lime color.
