Been ogling the little HK 36/4500 tanks. Anyone have any experience or feedback? I generally use a peanut or a 15/45
Experience with 36ci tanks?

Oh that purple one tho… that might me good for the kiddos emek setup. Looks to short for my liking. But you like using that Peanut tank I’m sure you will like the size.. -
It's unfortunate that Ninja doesn't seem to make the SL2 45ci anymore. I have one of those and it's the perfect lightweight tank without going to the odd peanut shapes or down to the tiny 13-17ci tanks.
I generally don't even consider HK products, but the 36ci is definitely a unique size that other companies aren't offering.Comment

I get that. I am very hot and cold on HK products but I’m willing to get it a shot. Good chance I’ll swap the reg anyways -
For what it's worth, the Ninja Lite 45cu.in. bottles aren't peanut-shaped. At least the last one I bought wasn't. Definitely is longer than the stubby 45s or 50s we see from other companies.

9.6” long so it’s like a standard 13ci in length.
But likely fat like a 45/45
You would probably like it. (To short for me) But if you don’t like it I will snag it off yah for Lil mans setup.Comment

I bought the purple one for my Sterling. The Flex reg makes it the same length as a 45/45 (shown) with a normal reg. Plus velocity adjustment is much easier. If you go normal reg, an extender is perfect. The HK rubber tank butts fit great if they haven't been put on a big tank before.1 PhotoComment

For my magfed setup the 36 is the perfect size. I used a 15ci tank for a while but it was too small, especially when I was getting 3500psi fills at the field. Tried a 50ci tank which was too big and bulky. The size is best described as a the girth of a 45/45 but the length of a 50/45.1 PhotoComment

I have one, I love the size, I've had some weird issues with the fill nipple though. Ended up just pulling the nipple and swapping it with one from a dead tank and it's been perfect ever since.Comment

I have a 36ci too, run it with an Emek and the HK Sonic loader. My go to ultra light but capable setup. Perfect when playing walk on beginners when the wife tags along. She ends up taking the setup from me though so likes it so much.Comment

Just to follow up...
I have been using a 36ci for the last year or so and I really like it. I like to smush my mask real close to the marker and this is the perfect tank for that. As long as I can get ~300 round off a fill I'm happy and the smaller size balances well with a smaller hopper.💀 PK x Ragnastock 💀Comment

Bummer, I just bought a peanut 48cu inch to replace my favorite Ninja 45/4500psi.
BUT we should all think about messaging Ninja Air (as they are active again) and request another run of the 45/4500 tanks.

The Ninja air tank Lite 4500 has the following dimensions:
Tank Size: 45 Cubic Inch
Tank Pressure: 4,500 PSI
Tank Length: 10.22 inches (with regulator)
Tank Diameter: 3.57 inches
Weight: 1 lb (without standard regulator).
I liked the smaller tank diameter. The prefect bottle size would be an old school 20ounce co2 tank.
