Bob Long Millennium - Purple Splash - Good working order

Millennium with some miles on it, but just cleaned and had orings replaced. Chronographed well with a mid pressure tank.
Purple splash, SP barrel.
Valve is some sort of turbo valve style. But not the 32 degree one. Maybe what they copied? Unsure, but seems to work well.



Most of it looks good, but there is a dummy mark on the back from a wrench or something. I replaced the bent finger velocity adjuster with an allen key one, as is my preference. The stock aluminum adjusters seem to get bent on most of these.

Feedneck looks like it got glued in at some point.

Even with the wear this is a nice frickin Spyder clone.

Out of curiosity, why the preference for side vs. top?

Side gives you more spyder bolt options, and is lower profile..
Top cocking can work with a timmy bolt though if you want.

My current Millennium has all the AKA upgrades and I like the fancy cover for the side... So I want the side cocking so I can cover it back up again.....Makes absolutely no sense but it is what it is.....
