    Ribs on the rotisserie

Saw an article the other day about doing ribs on the rotisserie instead of the usual low and slow method. Decided to give it a go.

so far it is looking pretty good.

Fall off the bone tender, juicy with a crispy bark like texture on the outside. I have a new favorite way to do ribs.

Nothing but a dry rub, no smoke. 300-325 for about 90 minutes. Tha t wa s the temp gage on the hood of the grill, actual temp may vary. Used the broiler plate to set up indirect heat with all burners set on low..
