    resurrection pneumatics any good?

acp has resurrection pneumatics for $120 which seams like a good deal. But I'm aware that the empire sniper which is similar to the resi has a lot of quirks so figured I'd check here before purchasing.

Eh... They will get the job done but I'm not paying $120 for them

I currently use the LPR and ram without issues paired with an Inception 3 way. I think it's based on v1 Inception parts.

More the predecessor of the ID parts.
The reg and ram are good. 3-way is okay, medium.
Need Inception Designs or Shocktech Products? Let me know!

I like the Empire/ Resurrection pneumatics a lot. I doubt you'll do much better if you're on a budget,. Just remember you'll need to buy the appropriate length and thread timing rod for your setup. I had to buy the Inception extra long rode because my setup was unique. Usually any issue with the Ressi pneumatics can be fixed by replacing the cheap orings inside them.

For those that have tried both would changing the 3-way for a shocktech one be an upgrade or just a side grade? Looks like for ~$20 more i can break the bundle and swap the 3-ways so if it's a noticeable improvement I might go that route.

That's not a bad idea for only $20. Just be aware that Shocktech charges $1 for each of their proprietary 3 way orings, but it's not like the orings fail very often.

The Ressi 3way does not use standard orings either, but you can buy a pack of 50 for like $4.

One of my local fields is a st dealer so I can probably get the orings for much less than $1, or as superman said just use 003 buna if not

also keep in mind the empire and inception 3 ways use 5-40 threaded timing rods. shocktech uses 6-32.

Also for the $50 more for a shocktech front end kit ($190 plus tax and shipping), you can get a volumizer and a better 3 way.
Rams have been manufactured by companies such as Clippard for many years before paintball came along. While others made these rams work with their guns we decided to make our ram specifically for paintball. The Shocktech Ram has a slightly longer throw which reduced chopping paint. Unlike most other rams, ours is compl

I've never felt a need for a volumizer and to me the empire lpr and ram are better looking so I probably won't get the st bundle, thanks for the suggestion tho!

I have only used the OG Bombs. But my experience with them was the opposite. 003 orings completely ruined the quality of the trigger pull in the OG, was way too tight with a variety of 003 orings (think i tried urethane, buna, and Viton). But I had to use it as I was a poor college student at the time 😅 After a season the orings had began to wear the ano on the inside of bore of the 3way (i kept it lueed up).

Are the new ones different? I have heard they have a slightly different feel than the OGs out of the box.

I have found stock WGP pneumatics to be perfectly fine. But they may need rebuilds in 2024, so new inception pneumatics are easier to work with.

Ressi pneus are really quite good. Not top of the line, obviously. But I'd use them over most. I'd definitely use them over ST, but I seem to be in the minority there. I've always found ST to be underwhelming.
