There's an app and I think it also runs as a web page called Rin locator.
Using that you can see who has the qualifications to test your tank. That's not always a guarantee that they will do it. I've had plenty around me that have the qualifications but either no longer offer the service or no longer have the equipment but it's a great starting point

Dave's Dive Shop in St. Catharines last time I had to hydro anything. Not very local for you I guess. 🙂

I used to have a local Fire Safety place do it for $25 and a 3-4 week turn. They sat on my tank this time for 3 months so I pulled it and gave Hogans Alley Paintball (online) a shot. I was happy with Hogans. It cost more due to all the shipping (they ship you a container, then you ship it back, then they ship it back to you after testing - all covered in the costs), but everything went flawless and I had my tank back in about 15 days end-to-end.

Greg at Adrenaline can help you out. Last time I needed one done I dropped it off after a big game and he emailed me when it was ready. It may take a bit though, or it could be a week. It really depends on how many tanks they get, and how long the place takes to get them done.
Trevor at Combat Pursuit also helped me out with a tank hydro test. I believe that one was closer to 3 weeks.

I finally skipped the middle man and it's a lot cheaper. There's usually one guy they all send them too. I didn't think i would find anyone close but they're has to be for all the fire extinguishers in the area. Ask your local firehouse or scuba shop where they get their fire extinguishers or scuba tanks hydro'd.
