    Trippy Trilogy

So I have a thing for the Trilogy. Yea the overlooked Trilogy. I also really like the finish when done properly with powder coating. So an EBay purchase was made and completely stripped and re finished. Thanks for looking. Click image for larger version

That powder coating looks awesome! I've always wondered why it isn't done more commonly in paintball? Is the surface as smooth as it looks?

NONOBLITUS I've got a thrashed STO body and I'm now really considering power coating it.

Power is a good coating, but can't beat the efficiency of anodizing at scale. Masking takes forever... much longer than just dunking everything in a tank.

Wow, I absolutely love transformations like this! It makes the gun so much more special than if it was assembled from new parts...if you ask me. Probably the nicest pump trilogy I have ever seen!

        Hey , Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic! I have a trilogy on the bench myself and just got it up and running again but would love to add some colour to it later down the road. Especially the gripframe looks like shit because the paint is flaking off. How much does a coating job like that run you?

You called it on the powdercoating. Looks great.

That looks great! I completely agree on powdercoat and Trilogies, I have 2 that are powdered, pics are in the picture section here.

I absolutely love the simplicity of a unregulated sport too. Co2 or HPA doesn't change velocity enough to have to touch anything.
