    Kingman Spyder parts source

Friend gave me a bag of creepy crawlies from the Kingman days. I'm having trouble finding parts. Where do you like to like to get your parts? Forgive me I'm no Spyder expert, but I'm not arachnophobic. I think I need:
    • 2kish Imagine
    • Missing all guts except valve
    • Missing quick disconnect. Cotter pin?
    • Vertical/straight feed elbow/adapter
    • Xtra
    • Missing spring guide backing plate/washer
    • X2 Missing quick disconnect. Cotter pin?
    • Detents
    • X2 Vertical/straight feed elbow/adapter
    • 2k Compact?
    • Detent
    • Elbow
I do have complete grip frames just not pictured.

With the spray painted nature of those it might be easier to use those as parts donors for other spyders

As for getting parts, probably the easiest way these days is to buy cheap spyders you'll only get a few parts you actually need for each $30 spyder you find but those extra parts can go in a parts bin for another build later.

If you want I can go through my parts bin. I know I don't have everything you need but I might have some at least

Thanks Trbo. I know there is a eBay internals kit for the imagine. I can find the elbows around still but those darn pins, I'm not comfortable with ANS findings.

Yeah what pin are you talking about?

Is it the field strip pin that holds the back block in?

If so they are a standard size typically. Most hardware stores have pins that are the right diameter. After that just cut to length and drill a hole

looks like youre missing a few things.

              1, trigger frame assy
              2, imagine bolt
              3, rubber detents
              3, striker o-rings
              4, asa screws
              5, feed neck screws
              6, valve body brass screw
7, front block, asa, and hose for one of the black bodies.

get the paint off and those will shine nicely.

Thank you. I am working on stripping... (wife refuses) ...the paint. I do have all or at least most of the hardware. I took them all apart to assess and clean. Sorry, I brought you along for the half way down the tracks. I have a captain Oring set. Do these require special sizes?

the striker o-ring is allot softer than the rest of them.

On all the pictured bodies in the OP's post, the oring size on the striker is 015.

Do you want to buy an entire lot of Spyder parts, based around a Spyder imagine? I gave spyders a try, but I am over and back to Autocockers and Ions.

                            It really doesn't matter though.

I've used 70durometer and 90duro, both buna and poly and except for a few rare cases they really don't care. As long as it's a 015 they work

i havent had the same luck. but this was many years ago and looking back, was most likely due to the wrong size rather than the wrong duro. makes sense.
