Decided to “quickly” replace the o-rings in the Hybrid on/off. That was a fun 40 minutes…. For some reason this on/off has three o-rings in it, with two sliding round metal pieces in between. Getting the rotten o-rings out was unpleasant…. But trying to get new o-rings back in?! What a pain.

It starts off easy, two Allan keys and the main section separates.

Then the pain in the butt o-rings. Note these are new o-rings.

Will do! Electro’s aren’t my thing so I rarely keep them.

ID:	546906 I swear at some point someone commented the body looks cocker based. Can’t find the comment now, but here’s a comparison. Definition seems like a cocker was used as the starting point:

No luck on getting the HPR apart despite my best efforts and trusty blow dryer. Decided to test the reg and it held air fine, so put everything back together and tried to add air…. And the solenoid leaks like a bugger. Good news is it comes apart easily!

So I’ll get this a little greasy and see if we can’t get it to hold air, if I have any left.
