12gram valve issues: breaking

Anyone run across this? From different K series rifles. K2, KP2 and also a KP3. Granted me and the better half will target shoot often in freezing temperatures, but the past few months I have been seeing different failures with these. Two most recent pictured. Guilty girls attached as well.

I've had issues with Palmer's coming apart. I just reset them with locktite green 609.

PPS seems to have had issues with their 12gram Dynavalves lately. Mine arrived dry rotted badly and unuseable, and the lance portion is too long - it gets stuck in the pierced hole in the 12gram when it's empty.

I’ve been lucky enough to not break one. But I’ve definitely gotten multiples from palmers that were too short to pierce. Cheated that by making a custom valve spring, soft and short enough to allow enough travel to pierce

I went at it the other way, by making a thinner 12g seal ...
