I just fixed up a mechanical ion and had the same issue with the bolt moving forward and leaking when gassed up. The proper metric bolt sail oring got it working. Not sure if the Amazon link will work but this is the kit I ordered. I now have 1,019 metric orings with no use for but it’s nice to know they’re there lol.
