Oh yeah, these big stainless steel builds are actually ridiculously light! I can send you photos of my Thad adapter marker for a starting point if you want.

Lots of bits showing up lately. A huge thank you to everyone who helped me figure out what I needed to finish this, and a big thanks to superman for having a seemingly endless supply of automag parts. This is my friends longbow, but I've been there for the whole journey and it's nice to finally have it setup the way he wanted. The rest of the body will go on before we take it to the field this weekend.

I might post a little write up about this guy in the AGD sub-forum.

Hahahaha. I feel this in my soul. My wife rarely gets mad, but my Ive left multiple disasters in my wake this past few months working on my walz. I've also accidently desk popped a few times working on it. So when I my rtp project showed up, and she said.. what did you get? " Another project!" Was NOT the right reply.

But yeah, you need to butter up to the loading dock folk, at your job.

I miss playing with my VM68 (I didn't sell it, its just lost in the basement right now) and I found two of these ASA blocks for $0.99 each so I had to buy the BT to go with them.

It is centerfeed. It was BT's first gun and it was supposed to be competition for the M98, but it's built like a Pro-Lite, so its much higher quality.

Saturday I got 2 black out kits and an Exalt blackout safety for my Emeks. Pretty expensive kits for basically 3-5 screws but at least my OCD will not cause my eye to twitch any longer. Good news is that I now have enough left over to do my other 3M.

Loophole - I was hunting it down all over the place trying to debut it Sunday because I missed delivery Friday. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find it until today. Just happy to have her! Thank you again!

JeepDVLZ45 - Hah. It’s probably the closest marker I’ll get to the Stock N’ Short N’ Nasty I commissioned PPS to build me. I had to suck it up and pay up for it. Only bummer is the name that goes along with the beautiful thing… I’ve a sour taste in my mouth about that -ongoing- situation. Still, going to be positive about it, this thing is a beaut! Per usual, Loophole hooked it up and the sale was top notch!

Test thread to come! Both for the BT SA-17 and the Empire Trracer.

The BT line of markers have a FSR-shaped breech, as they were originally designed to accept their own Sten-type versions of FSR mags—a project that was sadly scrapped before it ever came to fruition. This is a 3D printed mag adapter that a nice gentleman in Sweden designed and sold to me, which in theory should allow the marker to accept Valken SMG mags and shoot FSR repeatedly. I suspect that the FSR magwells will work better on my Empire Trracer than on my SA-17, and that some modifications to either the market or the magwells or both will be necessary, but we’ll see! Mostly just waiting on some 12 grams to arrive for testing.
