Oring store questions / other store recommendations

Does anyone know why when i try and order from the oring store i get about 1/2 way through my order and it kicks it out? Is it the hour as in at 11:30pm est it resets the site or after 20 individual items it kicks it out? If there is someone else that would work better or that i can order from at this point i would be willing to look elsewhere as i just got done wasting 2 hours filling my cart for it to be emptied. I had previously ordered from them years and years ago so i would imagine that my account has been closed but they treated me well so i wanted to support them if i can.

Id say just call them. Explain what it's doing and order over the phone.

On a related note, I had this happen to me recently on a different site, turned out it was the wifi. It was connecting and disconnecting from my phone and every time it would disconnect the web page would clear my basket because it thought I was a different person.
