    SHP Air Into Autococker HPR?

I'm just getting back into the sport after 20+ years, and I recently purchased an automag w/ xvalve, etc. To go with this, I also built a tank with a SHP regulator set to 950 PSI. My question is - can I safely run that into an autococker HPR, e.g. inception designs? I've searched all over and wasn't able to locate anything regarding max input pressure for the inception reg or for any other reg.

I used to shoot a mag back in the day, but the cocker is basically foreign to me, so please forgive my ignorance!

Will be fine standard output pressure is ~800-850 psi. Pnumatic parts have large overhead between the max pressure and the expected pressure. A ~ 10% difference will not matter.

To help put it into context macrolines have walls around 1/32" thick and have working pressures north of 500 psi and that's rubbery plastic. So the metal hprs will handle 950 no problem. Also said macroline or its fittings will blow waaaaaay before the hpr ever gets close to rupturing

You could just remove a shim. That should drop it dow to 800ish

Yeah for sure, I was mostly hoping I could swap the tank between the mag and cocker without having to tear down the reg.

I run literally every single tank in my collection at 950 output. Works awesome on my mags and old Co2 based blowbacks, but also does just fine with my cockers, bushmasters, impulses, or anything else with a secondary HPR. I would recommend using steel braid instead of macro line if you are doing this though.

Yeah the reg won't have a problem with it. Most likely the weak point will be the macro line itself but it's not really worth replacing unless it becomes a problem.

If you do want or need to replace it I recommend contacting maggot here on the forum. He sells macro and has some pretty good thick wall stuff that I use and have never had a problem with. I run his macro on my x valve mag as well and the tank I have for that is also around 950
