This would make sense of why I’ve seen a flood of new GI sports victus markers for sale.

It looks like the business will continue operations, but under new management.

Be on the look out for Billy Gardner in one of these bad boys looking to make a purchase.

Sounds like a restructuring. I expect a “new brand name” by spring.

I've totally lost track of who owns what and which path it all took. Paintball is becoming as incestuous as the automotive industry

We were just talking about how ugly some of GI brands have become (e.g. latest Tippmann lineup, Dfender)

GI went nuts with the lawsuits right? Basically the equivalent of shitting in your own back yard. Their paint here in the PNW was usually garbage too.

It's probably from adding flour to their "patented" fill formula. 2 star and 3 star is garbage here in Southern Ontario too. Bounces like an Atlanta stripper.

The court-appointed receiver, Fulcrum and an entity called Kore Outdoor Inc. are nearing a deal that would have Kore buy G.I. Sportz’s operations and keep the business alive.

A court-appointed receiver plans to sell paintball equipment makers G.I. Sportz Inc. and Tippmann Sports after they defaulted on $29 million of debt.

I think we should get a donation pool together and form MCB corp LLC and buy them

huh according to this online report...paintball sports are an area to invest in...
