I have been using this fried rice and hibachi chicken recipe and I really like it.

Not sure what your flat top is like but if you are drive in camping or something it would be easy to pack the required items in a cooler.

Just make this about an hour ago.

      1) mash seasoned ground chicken flat onto tortilla
      2) make street corn dip and mix with lettuce (goop)
      3) cook mashed tortilla/chicken chicken side down on very hot skillet for 4 minutes (until browning)
      4) flip and cook tortilla side 45 seconds
      5) put goop in chicken/tortilla shell

      turned out very good.

goop is made of corn, mayo, feta cheese, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper, tajin powder, chilli powder, just put whatever would taste good together in there.

for camping specifically, I’d pre make the goop at home.

we did one with low carb tortilla instead of flour and it was worse.

thinking of making chicken gyros this way.
