    GRN/Emek body paint & prep

Hello. I'm sure some of you have painted GRN/Emek bodies before. What is the best paint to use for GRN? Either rattlecan or brush-on, maybe a combination of both. Also, is there anything I need to do to prep the body other than plug the holes? I'd like to pretty up my Emek before June.
    Thanks for reading.

My vote is hydro dip for durability

I use rattle can on everything and specifically rust-oleum. You can have really good and durable results if you are willing to take the time to do it right. Rattle can gets a bad name because 15 year olds take a can of drab green and just go to town in a98 that they do no prep on or even clean off old paint from the last time they played. I start with bare metal.

Rattle can is good there are primers and paints designed specifically for plastics. TRBO has all good advice about the prep work, rattle can is pretty great, cheap, and easy to do again.
