What do people use for spring feed springs

So it finally happened. Seems I lost the spring for the spring fed on my KP3. It was bound to happen. I pull it out to play stockclass. Usually at home. This time the gun made it to the field with the spring in place. Atleast I still have the pusher/plunger.

So what is the spring used?

Shaftski used a follower spring from a helix mag for mine. It was a little bit more force than needed, but the diameter was correct.

just about any mag spring works might have to adjust length a bit to get the amount of force you want

markdem makes his own, and just explained this a few days ago in a similar thread.

Awesome. Looks like I will be making a spring as I suspect the length of the kp feed is greater then what a mag spring will do. Still searching thru my stuff and hoping I will find it.

the one i made for jonny was for a kp3, the helix spring was actually too long and needed to be cut, those suckers are long.

Making your own is not hard but it is hard to beat just buying DMag springs:

Standard 20 rounds springs for DMAG to shoot round paintball. Compatible for use in DYE DAM Magazine0.5*14.7*260*29/27

cougar20th I have some 20rd DMag springs. I can bring them to AG on Saturday if you want, they are yours if you want them. Let me know ASAP though, I need to go digging for them!
