I think I ended up buying 6-32 replacements, but that was five years ago

This is great. Much appreciated. My goal is to get a breakdown schematic with photos of actual Sheridan parts, eventually. The resource by Mad(?) on the old Sheridan armory forum was very helpful.

I think this is the first time both valves had o-ring sizes listed in the same post.

Looks like some of my pics made it back. I probably have all the pics somewhere. Is there no recovery
of any of the old forum database?

I think some of it was archived via the Wayback machine. I haven’t had a chance yet, but that’s where I plan to start.

I saved some on my PC but I didn't save who/where it came from. Let me know which are yours so proper credit can be given.

The normal pictures are mine. The black cad drawings are from 3022. Not sure if it was me or others who posted the white ones but they are from Sheridan manuals so not sure it matters?

I can probably recreate the guides. I have to find pic backups or figure out how to get my 980 pics out of their photobucket prison.

Idk of it's a wear thing, but my 12g seals had a slight taper to the hole, which let's the pin come down further toward the cartridge. I modeled this on my thingiverse version which has been working well. I can't see how they would have punched that out originally, but they could have been cast that way.

They are pretty flexible ... I have ran a drill through mi 3d printed one and as long as the 12g fit, it will seal ...

The taper a nice idea to clear the pin ...

I use Buna 70A on all static O-rings for sheridans.
For the bolt O-rings, you can either use 70A or 90A.
