I guess I'll share my moment of embarrassing stupidity. At one point I wanted to drop my rifle off and run with my PG since I was too close for first strike. Well I un clipped it from my shoulder strap, but I forgot to unhook the air line. So I literally dragged this through the mud today. It held up great, no wobbles or anything loose still, just some scratches from dragging it 30 feet. It's fine I wanted to paint it anyway.

Ha, the joys of running a remote

I've done the other way a few times ...
Started chasing an electro with my remote tipx ... The tank fell of the harness and I dragged it around for a bit till if swung around a three and the the tipx decided to stay there too ... Ended facing the guy with nothing to shoot paint ๐คฃ

This thing is super cool and it looks So Bad Ass. Itโs awesome how fast you can feed first strikes into it one at a time by hand. Really cool custom build I want to try that thing next time we play. It looks like so much fun to use.

So I have added a sight rail up top, now I can run a red dot. Where one of the screws is on the rail is a slight problem as I over estimated the thickness of the chamber, so some epoxy was needed to get that sealed up. I also added a 12g quick changer. I can get 25+ good shots per cart, and now I don't have a remote line and a tank on my back. I'm free to set this down and run at any time. I had to put my cut down Ion body on for a spacer to keep everything nice and stable and to close up the eye and detent holes. I'll get the final build pics tomorrow. This thing is super fun. I added a short barrel from an SP8 and it's the perfect length for the forward marksman style of play I have when using this setup. It's ultra light and maneuverable, plus it's whisper quiet and dead nuts accurate. I'm very happy with this build. And all in I didn't really spend anything on it, as I had everything lying around.2 Photos

I get a consistent 19 shots per 12 gram on my pump Ion, so 25 is fantastic. ๐

Here it is. It might get painted after the season. Not sure yet. It's only slightly longer than my Phantom, so you can see how short it is for a rifle.2 Photos

This thing is a deadly shooter. Iโve had the whistling FSR going by me first hand towards the other team.

I know it doesn't look like much, but there is progress here. The trigger system is in, and I have an ASA mounted with brass inserts. I still need to mount the regulator somehow, plumb it, and make a faux magazine that will cover the airline and SMAV3 sticking out by the trigger. I might even fashion a trigger guard for it. This feels like it's going to be even better than the first version.1 Photo

100% functional. No leaks, shoots great. I'm hoping the macro fittings keep holding up, so I can run that 12g changer on it. Now to make it pretty.

ironklad I used a fitting that was 1/8 NPT to push connect for the 4mm line, then it runs through the stock to the 3 way. I also used a bigger piece of hose around the exposed lines for durability.1 Photo
