Anyone out there still turning ions into pumps?

From my understanding,though retired, if you accrue all the parts, Peterson will still do the mods occasionally. There is a Facebook group for his mods. -
It's not difficult to replicate.. . The one I had was nothing more than a rod connected to a pump that reset a trigger that was held back and kept the bolt closed on a mech ion.

I made one with a SMAV-3 and a 2 way and a T fitting. Its not really much of a pump, you click one button to fire, and another to reset the bolt. I prefer real pumps for the visceral feel. Pumps are like driving manual, where a pump Ion is like using paddle shifters in an automatic.Comment
